Attorney Randall S. Barron has been practicing law since 1995 and a former partner with McWalter, Barron & Boisvert, LLP, concentrating his practice in real estate conveyancing, representation of buyers and sellers, representation of mortgage lenders, real estate litigation, contracts, and commercial leasing, serving clients throughout Massachusetts.

Randy acts as a closing attorney and settlement agent for more than 100 national, regional and local mortgage lenders, and is a Registered Agent with Secure Insight. His goal is to not only guide and protect his clients in a comprehensive way throughout their transaction, but to do so in easily understandable terms, being practical and efficient, to satisfy his client’s objectives.

Randy is the founder of Barron & Delaney, Inc., a real estate title examination and asset liability research company established in 1987, serving the legal and real estate communities and various government agencies in Massachusetts. He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (formerly known as the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association), a sponsor member of the Central Middlesex Women’s Council of Realtors, and has been appointed as a Commissioner for Land Court partition cases in Middlesex County.

Randy has been active in the Concord and Groton-Dunstable soccer communities for many years including more than 18 years coaching soccer at Concord-Carlisle High School. He serves on the Finance Committee, acts as Treasurer and has been a Trustee on the Board of Trustees at Groton Community School since 2012.
