Paternity

Paternity actions address child-related issues between parents who were never married. These issues include legal and physical custody, parenting schedules, child support, tax deductions, and security for future child support payments, which most often take the form of life insurance obligations.

The best interests of the children will be considered by the Court when determining these issues.
