Custody

There are two main components to custody: legal and physical.

Legal custody involves decision making with respect to medical, educational and religious issues. Physical custody refers to the regular parenting plan which delineates when the parents will care for their children.

A holiday and vacation schedule must also be addressed for when the children will spend time with each parent on these important occasions. The best interests of the children will be considered by the Court when determining legal and physical custody arrangements.

Our legal team can help you decide what would be best for your children given your particular circumstances.
